A 29-year-old Topeka woman was arrested Tuesday on charges of prescription fraud, ID theft and forgery.

Shandra Gosgriff is accused of going to the Planet Ave Dillons and Walmart between the end of October and 1st part of December in 2010 and using fraudulent prescriptions claiming to be from the Salina Womens Clinic and on 5 occasions obtained Hydrcodone.

Gosgriff is also alleged to have done the same thing in other cities.
