Armstrong Road, from Lightville Road to Burma Road was reopened this afternoon following completion of the replacement of an existing, narrow drainage structure with a new longer culvert pipe structure to make it more accessible for large trucks to turn the corner.  The structure is located on Armstrong Road just east of Lightville Road.
