RILEY COUNTY — Law enforcement authorities are investigating two suspects from Salina on drug charges.
Just after 6:30p.m Monday, the Riley County Police Department arrested 28-year-old Random Sprague and 28-year-old Brook Heath in the 500 Block of South 5th in Manhattan.
They are each being held on a $5000 Bond on requested charges including possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of stimulants and Heath is accused of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.
