Three Salina teens facing charges for Alleged Burglary

Sergeant Jim Feldman told The Salina Post that police responded to a residential burglary at the 1300 block of East Minneapolis. The burglary occurred sometime between May 18-24. The residents of the home were on vacation and a neighbor noticed an open window.

Numerous rifles, shotguns, BB rifles, and an XBox OneS were stolen. A freezer had been left open and $1,000 of meat had spoiled.

According to Feldman, during the course of the investigation, suspects were developed. Three juvenile arrests were made. Curtis Frisbie, 17, Raul Guillen-Garcia, 15,  and Kyler Whitaker, 15 of Salina were taken into custody on Friday the 25 for their alleged involvement with the burglary.

None of the stolen items have been recovered. The total loss was valued at $2,400.

The investigation is ongoing.
