A 15-year-old Salina boy is in the Juvenile Detention Center on a robbery charge, after demanding money from a woman selling vegetables at the intersection of Ohio and Iron about 8:30 Wednesday evening.

The woman says that Justin Howard, of 909 W. Walnut, approached her with a bandana on his face and demanded money and pushed her.

The woman screamed and witnesses saw Howard take off running and police caught Howard near the intersection of North and 3rd Street a short time later.
