A 52-year-old Salina woman is the victim of a phone scam. The woman was contacted between August 1st-August 6th and a man told her she had won 15.8 million dollars , but in order to receive the money had to pay a variety of fees. She first sent $100 by Western Union to Kenya. Before she contacted police, she had sent a total of $1,000 .
