SALINE COUNTY —Sunday’s summer storm provided substantial rainfall for Salina and most of central-Kansas.

Many residents in Saline and Dickinson County reported over 1 inch of rain over the past 24-hours. Some portions of southeast Saline County reported over 1.5 inches of moisture.

Residents in southeast McPherson County reported nearly 4-inches of rain. Many other areas in McPherson County received over 2-inches of rain over the past 24-hours.

Ellsworth County reported .54 inches of moisture. Ottawa County received .88 inches of rain.

There is a 40 percent chance for rain Tuesday night and Wednesday, according to the National Weather Service.
