District Court budget, paving among county agenda items

Approval of the 2019 district court budget, Water Well Road paving, and mobile equipment issues are on the Saline County Commission agenda for the regular meeting on Tuesday.

The commission is scheduled to meet in the public forum portion of its agenda at 9 a.m. Tuesday in room 107 of the City-County Building, 300 W. Ash. A time for citizens input is scheduled near the beginning of the meeting.

Items on the agenda include the following.

  • Bid Award for Mulcher Attachment -Fishel
  • Policy #40.32 Purchasing/Lease Agreements -Andrew Manley, Assistant County Administrator/Director of Finance
  • Policy #40.40 Cellular Equipment -Manley
  • Policy #40.48 Personal Mobile Device Acceptable Use -Manley

Following the public forum portion of the agenda, county commissioners are scheduled to meet in room 107B for 30 minutes to discuss the county engineer selection process with Marilyn Leamer, human resources director, and for 30 minutes with County Administrator Rita Deister for her weekly update.
