Clayden Lee Urbanek, 1, of Salina, passed away Tuesday, October 4th, at Wesley Medical Center, Wichita.

Clayden was born in Salina on July 26, 2010, the son of Brittney N. Betzold and Jorden E Urbanek.

He is survived by his father, Jorden Urbanek; mother, Brittney Betzold; grandmothers; Lorie Urbanek and Tammi Lewis; grandfathers; Greg Caldwell, Chad York, and Jamie Fricks and his wife Tonia; aunts and uncles; Jason Caldwell, Christy Dillon, Krista Wentworth, Alisa Lopez, and Juan Lopez.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, October 9, 2011 at Carlson-Geisendorf Funeral Home.

Visitation will be on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.. the funeral home.
