Comfort Heating and Air Salute to Service honors Robert Serrault

This week’s Comfort Heating and Air Salute to Service honoree is Robert Serrault.

Robert served in the United States Marine Corps from February 7, 1951, until February 6, 1954. He served in central and South Korea from August 1951-July 1952. Robert’s daughter said that Robert was in a foxhole with another soldier when the foxhole was bombed. The other man died, but Robert was treated for his injuries and he returned to serve in the war. Robert received a Purple Heart. A graduate of Salina High School, Robert attended Kansas Wesleyan University before joining the Marines.

Congratulations, Robert, on being selected as this week’s Comfort Heating and Air Salute to Service honoree! Thank you for your service!
