Something that viewers of the Salina Post are used to seeing everyday early in the morning, will not be available for at least two weeks.

A software upgrade currently underway at the Salina Police Department and Saline County Sheriffs Office, means information that could be found on the web site of the Sheriffs Office will not be available for awhile.

Sheriff Glen Kochanowski says he is aware that thousands of people check the website to see who has been booked into jail, and that the information will be back on line as soon as possible.
