Larry Eugene Walter, son of Lawrence Walter and Frances (Kimmal) Walter was born December 15, 1934 at rural Belleville, Kansas and passed away on October 23, 2018 at his home in rural Belleville, Kansas at the age of 83 years, 10 months and 8 days.

Larry graduated from Belleville High School in 1953.

He was united in marriage to Patricia Huelhorst Garcia on October 29, 1967.

He was a life long farmer in Republic County. 

He was a member of the Baptist Church of Belleville, KS and the Republic County Museum.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence and Frances Walter, one sister, Carolyn Sue Walter.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia Walter of rural Belleville, KS, two daughters, Anita (Bill) Angstadt of Derby, KS, Jane (Doug) Winchell of Lebanon, TN, three grandchildren, Jeniffer (Tommy), Emily (Matt), Samuel, great grandson, Jackson, other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services will be held, 10:30 AM, Saturday, November 3, 2018 at Central Christian Church, Belleville, KS, conducted by, Pastor Bruce Burfield.
Interment will be in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, rural Belleville, KS.
Memorials may be given to the Larry Walter Memorial Fund.
Friends may call on Friday, November 2, 2018 from 1 PM to 8 PM at Bachelor-Surber Funeral Home, Belleville, KS, where the family will receive friends from 6 PM to 7:30 PM
