Vera Irene “Billie” Stein, 85, of Lindsborg passed away Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at Bethany Home, Lindsborg.  Billie was born May 31, 1933 in Oklahoma, spending her early years on the 101 Ranch. 

Billie was the mother of 3 children, a farm wife and care giver to Leonard, her late husband.   

She is survived by her daughter: Teresa A. Wilson (Mark), of Abilene, KS; sisters: Sheryl and Delores; daughter-in-law: Denise Stein; 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

Billie is preceded in death by her parents Ernest and Frieda Wiltse, husband, Leonard; sons: David Eric Stein and Christian Lee Stein, as well as 2 sisters Marie and Erestine.

Visitation will be Tuesday, March 5 from 5-7PM at Crick-Christians Funeral Home, 103 N. Washington, Lindsborg.

Funeral services will be held 10:30 am on Wednesday, March 6 at Gypsum United Methodist Church, Gypsum, KS with Pastor Susan Murithi officiating.  Burial will follow at Gypsum Valley Cemetery.
