Richard Keith Dean, 89, of Salina, passed away March 21, 2019. Richard was born Oct. 25, 1929, in Glen Elder, the son of Keith and Elizabeth Dean.

Richard graduated from Kansas Wesleyan University in 1951. He married Winifred Carpenter on March 25, 1951, and enlisted in the Navy. Richard spent a majority of his career as a senior adviser for Ameriprise Financial.

He is survived by his wife, Winifred, and four children, Douglas, Debra, Don, and Dan.

Celebration of his life will be at 3 p.m. Sunday, March 24, at Ryan Mortuary, Salina.
