Budget, bonds, and a performance evaluation are among the Salina City Commission agenda items for Monday.

Commissioners are scheduled to begin with study session at 2:30 p.m. in room 107B of the City-County Building, 300 W. Ash. Items on the study session agenda include the following.

• 2:30 p.m. – Budget: Fees/Revenues (including property tax)
• 3:45 p.m. – Citizens Forum

The regular commission meeting is scheduled to begin at 4 p.m. in room 107 of the City-County Building. A time for public comment is scheduled near the beginning of the meeting.

During the meeting, the commissioners are scheduled to hear the first reading of Ordinance No. 19-11007 unconditionally approving the issuance of general obligation bonds by the Salina Airport Authority for the purpose of financing the costs of certain capital improvements located at the Salina Regional Airport and Airport Industrial Center.

Commissioners also are scheduled to go into an executive session (personnel) to discuss the city manager’s performance evaluation.
