TOPEKA, Kan. — Thirty-five incoming Washburn University students received the $1,000 Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship. This one-time scholarship is available for transfer students who are members of Phi Theta Kappa, an honor society for two-year colleges.

Katie Pfanz of Concordia
