Salina Police Crime Log November 28th

Damage to property between November 25th and November 26th. 4 tires on a 2000 Lexus owned by Jeffery McDuffie slashed in the 27 hundred block of Berschel. Damage estimated at $600.
Theft on November 26th between 1:55 and 2am at the Ultra Lounge 111 S. Santa Fe. Dell Laptop owned by Anthony Harris of Salina taken. Loss estimated at $1,000.
Three burglaries at the dorms of Kansas Wesleyan University 100 W. Claflin between November 18th and November 27th. Items taken from 3 dorm rooms include X-Box 360 game systems and games, 6 pair of Nike Air Jordan shoes, a PlayStation 3 game system and 32″ LCD TV. No signs of forced entry. Total loss in the 3 burglaries $2,230.
Burglary and Theft at an apartment at 419 W. Ash between noon and 9am on November 24th. No sign of forced entry. Taken were three bottles of prescription medications and a X-Box game system and games. Loss estimated at $875.
Stolen vehicle and damage to property. A 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee belonging to Gabriel Grant, taken from driveway in the 23 block of Hillside between 1:45am and 8am. Recovered in the area of Simpson and North Streets with rear windows broken out at 11am on November 24th. Damage placed at $800.
Vehicle burglary between 11pm on November 22nd and 6:40am on November 23rd. 2 -410 shotguns a .22 caliber handgun and hunting equipment taken from pickup belonging to 22 year old Boone Vidricksen while pickup parked in the 22-hundred block of Edward. No sign of forced entry, pickup was locked. Loss placed at $1,265.
Damage to property. Three large store front windows gouged at 2nd Hand Hanneman’s at 640 N. Santa Fe between 6pm on November 22nd and 8am on November 23rd. Damage estimated at $4,800.
Theft. 1972 Chevy pickup, black in color stolen from the 1000 block of Scott on November 24th. Pickup owned by Michael Thompson. Loss placed at $500.
Vehicle burglary and theft. Stereo equipment stolen from 1995 Ford Econo-line van owned by Elisha Noel while parked in the 100 block of S. Clark between midnight and 7am on November 23rd. Loss placed at $532.
