Overnight thunderstorms bring wind, rain

Thunderstorms blew through the area overnight, bringing with them wind and rain.

At the Salina Municipal Airport, 0.61 of an inch of rain was reported overnight. In southeast Salina, near the Eagle Radio studios, 0.30 of an inch was reported. Additionally, winds that reached 41 mph with gusts up to 57 mph brought down tree branches in parts of Salina.
