Salina Police are investigating the theft of an SUV from a parking lot on Broadway Boulevard.

According to Salina Police Captain Paul Forrester, Ronald Griffin, 62, of Salina, parked a white 2003 Chevrolet Trailblazer with a for sale sign on it in the parking lot of the former K-Mart store at 400 S. Broadway Boulevard on Friday. When Griffin returned on Monday, the vehicle — valued at $3,000 — was gone, Forrester said. The tag on the Trailblazer was KS 169 LEW, Forrester said.

Griffin was the only person who had keys to the Trailblazer, Forrester added.
