
A Salina man faces an additional possible charge after fleeing from deputies attempting to serve a warrant.
On Sunday evening, deputies were in the 900 block of North 13th Street to serve Adrian Vanley, 29, of Salina, with a warrant when he fled on foot, was tased, and taken into custody, Saline County Sheriff Roger Soldan said Monday.
In addition to three outstanding warrants, Vanley was arrested on suspicion of interference with a law enforcement officer, Soldan said. According to Soldan, the warrants were as follows.
- A warrant out of Dickinson County for burglary/theft with a $25,000 bond
- An arrest and detain warrant out of Saline County for Drug Court
- A warrant out of Saline County for failure to appear
