Three people, including a child, were injured in a two vehicle accident  on K-18, 2.5 miles south of Bennington, Friday around 3:30.

According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, 18-year-old Hannah L. Fahrenthold turned in front of an oncoming vehicle on K-18 while attempting to turn onto 170th Road.

Fahrenthold along with the driver of the second vehicle, 50-year-old Lena D. Halter of Bennington, and a 9-year-old girl were all transported to Salina Regional Hospital with injuries.
