Herington – Lloyd Thornwell Bucker, Jr., 67, was born August 4, 1952, Tampa, Florida, to Lloyd Thornwell and Myrtice Amanda (Weeks) Bucker, Sr.   He departed this life unexpectedly Wednesday, September 18, 2019, at the V. A. Center in Kansas City, Missouri.

Ten years ago he moved from Hope to Herington.  He was a television cable layer.

He was a member of the American Legion Post #365 of Hope, and the Nemesis Motorcycle Club.

Survived by spouse, Deborah Goembel of Herington; two sons, Justin Wayne Buckner of Brooksville, Florida, Owen Philip Buckner of York, Pennsylvania; a sister, Joan Humas; and a brother, Dale Calderoni-Brown.

Cremation is planned.
