CBD oil and hemp will be the topics of the next Salina Community Health Seminar.
The informational meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. Thursday in the Ashby House Office Building, 142 South Seventh Street. The presentation is open to the public at no charge, however donations will be accepted.
John and Deb Boesen are scheduled to present the program.
The presentation will look at what CBD oil is, what health benefits can be expected, and what to look for when buying a CBD product to determine whether a product is of good quality. The history of hemp in this country, especially Kansas, will also be discussed.
