1. Must currently reside in the Central Kansas Area
2. Pricing experience – knowledge and demonstrated experience in a finance/accounting position
3. Management skills to facilitate and assist in leading resources in the effort of providing proposal costing / pricing.
4. Advanced analytical skills with a demonstrated experience in financial modeling in the area of cost, resource and capacity utilization
5. Familiarity with Cost Volume requirements and cost-compliant proposals
6. Significant experience with proposal development and presentations
7. Strong MS Excel skills and proficient in MS Word and other MS Office software
8. Familiarity with concepts relative to financing fees, multiple-currencies and letters of credit
9. The ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment is necessary.
10. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. The ability to provide regular financial status of all assigned government contracts.
11. Experience working with pricing models, Excel
12. Pricing experience with the following agencies: DOD, DOS, DOJ, USAID. We will train you in these areas.
13. Understanding of multiple contact types, Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Time and materials (T&M), Firm Fixed Price (FFP), and Fixed Price Level of Effort (FPLOE).
