A case of disorderly conduct at a Salina fast food restaurant leads to the arrest of a 17-year-old on charges of vehicle burglary.
Police were called to the Planet Avenue McDonald’s Friday morning for a pair of teens who were being disorderly. When officers arrived the teens had left, but they were located about an hour and a half later, walking in the 900 block of S. 11th.
Officers found that Brayden Rodger, of 408 Rahm, had in his possession cigarettes, a couple of memory cards, and hydrocodone pills. Rodger and the other teen 19-year-old Taylor Lafleur were charged with disorderly conduct, and minor in consumption of alcohol.
Through investigation police learned that the cigarettes, hydrocodone, and memory cards were taken in a vehicle burglary in the 400 block of Tulane between Thursday night and Friday morning. Rodger also was charged with vehicle burglary and theft.
