Salina Police are investigating a pair of bicycle thefts.

Between Tuesday and Wednesday, someone took a green Trek 3900 mountain bike that had been locked up at an apartment complex at 227 S. 2nd.

The bike belongs to Lisa Symmonds who used to live at the apartments. Value of the bike placed at $1,100.

Then between 6 and 6:30pm Wednesday evening, an orange Trek mountain bike, 13-speed with black rims and blue forks had been locked up to a pole in an alley in the 100 block of N 8th.

Bike belongs to 17-year-old Shane Ramsey-Washburn.

Value of the bike placed at $800.
