Laughter is great medicine for the heart.

The American Heart Association has 10 Healthy Habits to fight stress. Your next healthy habit is: Remember to laugh.
Laughter makes you feel good, so don’t be afraid to laugh out loud at a joke, a funny movie or a comic strip, or even when you’re alone. During this year’s Salina Heart Walk on October 7th plan to laugh it up during the walk with friends and family.
