Janet Margaret Fischer, 71, of Salina, passed away Wednesday, July 18th, at Holiday Resort.

Janet was born in Ellsworth, Kansas on April 18, 1941, to the late Margaret (Sullivan) and George Christian Andersen.

She was the wife of Clay  Fischer.

Janet is  survived by her husband; three sons, Jeff Fischer and his wife Pam, of Courtland, Nebraska, Dan Fischer and his wife Loren, of Irvine, California, and Mike Fischer and his wife Sherri, of Longmont, Colorado; as well as, her grandchildren, Tiffany Parde, Jacey Fischer, Grace Fischer, Cole Fischer, and Rylie Fischer; and great grandchild, Natalie Parde.

She was preceded in death by her brother, John Andersen; and 1 granchild, Emily Fischer.

At the family’s request there will be no visitation.

Cremation has been selected and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
