ORIGINAL 11:00 pm: FOUND!! Running on the corner of 9th and Belmont. Male Basset hound NO tags but has an old collar on. He is not neutered. If you own one or know someone that does PLEASE LET ME KNOW. I have him at Allpak Battery on the corner of 9th and Belmont. I dont want to have to take him to shelter. call me at 822-0826
