A 23-year-old Salina woman was arrested Monday on charges of felony theft.

Jessica Harper is alleged to have gone into a home at 1116 Park and removed a refrigerator and stove.

Harper had gotten permission from the landlord of the home to get personal belongings that had been left in the house after relatives of hers had been evicted.

Harper had sold the appliances, but they were recovered.

Harper was charged with felony theft because of prior convictions.
