A 45-year-old Hutchinson man was arrested Monday afternoon following a child porn investigation.
Wayne Hegner is now charged with two counts of sexual exploitation of a child. According to Police Detective Scott Carlton, he has been downloading the pictures for over a year using a peer-to-peer file sharing site.
Carlton says he has been investigating this case for a couple of months and a look at his computer showed a few hundred files of child porn.
Hegner is jailed on a $100,000 bond.
