Salina area home sales for July 2012 were much higher than a year ago.

Home sales totaled 78 units in July 2012 compared to 56 for July 2011. Average days on the market was 66 in July compared to 85 for a year ago. Home sales are brisk.

Vicki Lance, 2012 Salina Multiple Listing President, reports that the year to date sales for 2012 is up by 9.3% compared to 2011. The average days on the market for 2012 is 85 days compared to 2011 at this time when the days on the market was 114.
