Cash taken in a business burglary during the Labor Day holiday weekend.

Between 5:30pm on August 31st, and 7:30am on September 4th, someone entered Cross-Midwest Tire at 684 S. Broadway and took cash bags out of two file cabinets.

One of the cabinets was pried open. There were no signs of forced entry. Loss placed at $609, plus $50 damage to the file cabinet.
