A bag of “Tootsie Rolls” were the only property taken by an 18-year-old who was charged with three counts of vehicle burglary early Saturday morning.

Seth Gilliam was also charged with minor in consumption of alcohol , no headlight on a bike and felony obstruction for breaking into three vehicles in the 600 block of S. 10th just after midnight.

Gilliam began running from officers when they attempted to stop him, after receiving reports of someone riding a bicycle, going through vehicles.
