6,000 pounds of iron has been taken from KASA Fabrication at 304 E. Avenue B in the south Salina industrial area.

The iron was taken sometime between November 1st and January 17th. It had been stored inside a locked secured storage area.

Taken were 169 angle irons, 32 T-iron slabs, 8 I-beams, and 64 iron plates.

Value of the stolen iron placed at $7,704.
