A vehicle burglar was caught in the act Saturday and is now in the Saline County Jail on charges of vehicle burglary and outstanding warrants.

Just before 1:00am Saturday morning, Darrin Miller had gotten out of his 1999 GMC Suburban and a few minutes later went back out to his SUV and found 29-year-old Cody Lott, of Minneapolis, sitting inside with his laptop computer.

Lott was taken into custody without incident.
