1.) Discussion and Presentation of the proposed Website, proposed renaming of the Organization and proposed Mission Statement, and adoption thereof with proposed and agreed upon changes

2.) Discussion of geographic definition of North Salina and adoption thereof.

3.) Discussion and appointment of a Treasurer – Steering Committee to ask for nomination and/or volunteer. Steering Committee to vote

4.) Discussion to appointment four (4) additional Organization Representatives to be comprised of the following:
One (1) Business Owner
One (1) Home Owner
One (1) Landlord
One (1) Rentor
Responsibilities of OR’s will be to work with and assist SC members to provide research and information to SC members for possible request for action with the Authority Having Jurisdiction or (AHJ).

5.) Discussion regarding issues that should receive immediate attention such as traffic and safety concerns for North Salina residents.  Discussion to appoint OR to research and provide recommendations to SC for presentation to AHJ.

6.) Discussion regarding appointment by SC for a Public Relations Member to Organize projects such as clean-up and North Salina Promotional Events.

7.) Presentation by NeighborHood Watch

8.) Marie Johnson to have discussion on topics of EPA, Codes, Designated Areas and Grants for Safety

9.) Discussion regarding interested parties about the Hawthorne issue.
