Salina area home sales for April 2013 were higher than a year ago. Home sales totaled 80 units in April 2013 compared to 60 for April 2012.

The average sold price was $133,316 for April 2013 compared to $125,741 for April 2012. Total home sales from January 1 – April 30, 2013 is up by 14% from January 1 – April 30, 2012!!

Steve Ashton, 2013 Salina Multiple Listing President, reports that the average time on the market for the first quarter of 2013 is 89 days compared to 103 days for 2012.
