UPDATE:
Early this morning, Xavier E Lewis, 19, Justin R. Taddiken, 19, both of Salina, Tyeler D. Cookson, 18, of Highland KS, and Michael B. Bulman, were arrested and charged with 2nd Degree Murder for their participation in a fight with Robert Unselt, resulting in his death.
On January 9, 2011, at approximately 1:50 a.m., officers of the Salina Police Department responded to a report of a person unconscious in a driveway in the 300 block of Tulane. Robert Unselt, 48, was located; officers discovered Mr. Unselt was suffering from a fractured skull. He later died at the Salina Regional Heath Center. Preliminary results of an autopsy have determined that Mr. Unselt died from multiple blows to the head.
