A town hall meeting has been scheduled by the North Side Project to discuss ideas for improving north Salina. The meeting will be at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Salvation Army Community Center, 1137 N. Santa Fe, to hear concerns of north Salina residents.

The North Side Project is a non-profit organization that hopes to improve the north Salina area and bring small businesses back to the area.

The group said in an email “The pubic is invited and residents of North Salina are especially encouraged to attend.

We hope to organize, study the issues and seek ways to solve problems.”
