From January 5- 7, Governor-elect Sam Brownback’s inaugural committee plans to hold prayer services alongside community service events. Inaugural festivities for Kansas Gov.-elect Sam Brownback will include community service events and a prayer service.

Other events include:

• Jan. 8 – Inaugural ball in undisclosed location in Topeka

• Jan. 9 – Prayer service – Mid-America Nazarene University in Olathe

• Jan. 10 – Swearing in of recently elected candidate at Statehouse in Topeka
