A 25-year-old Olathe man has been charged with first-degree murder in the death of his girlfriend’s three-week-old child.

Aaron Michael Snyder is accused of killing Logan Snyder who was found dead on Wednesday.

According to KMBC (KC):

Olathe police said they received a call Wednesday afternoon about a 3-week-old infant who wasn’t breathing in an apartment at 600 South Harrison St. Police said the child was dead by the time they arrived at the home.
