Our numbers are way down!  I only have 40 of the 120 parental volunteers needed.  If you haven’t already signed up to help, please do so SOON!  Don’t reply to this email.  Copy and paste my email from the bottom of the letter.  Prom is only 2 1/2 weeks away!

Once again, After Prom will be held at the Central Mall from 12:00am -3:00am on April 3rd.  It is a lot of fun and can’t take place without parental volunteers.  Don’t let your kids tell you that you can’t help.  It’s a big place and they won’t have to hang out with you.  Following is a list of the jobs that need filled, a short explanation of the job, how many parents per job and the time commitment –

Set-up (4) 10:00-until done (STRONG men – probably 2 or 3 hours)

Door Watchers (10) 11:45-3:15 (watching exits so kids use only one entrance)

Entertainment/Games (40) 11:30-3:30 (running games and activities)

Casino (20) 11:30-3:30 (running casino games)

Redemption Center (28) 12:30-3:30 (helping trade in prize $s for prizes)

Food Center (8) 11:30-3:30 (stocking and serving food and drinks)

Clean Up (10) 2:30-until done (helping tear down and general clean up)

As you come and go that evening, please use the old Goody’s door (south of the theater doors).  I will not be sending a reminder so if you say you can be there, please be there.  If something comes up, please let me know.

We also need 80 dozen cookies or brownies.  You can drop them off in the food court anytime after 10 or bring them with you if you are working.  If you can help with this, let me know how many you will provide.
