A 19 year old Salina man was arrested Wednesday on a charge of aggravated indecent liberties with a child.

According to Salina Police Captain Mike Sweeney, Jake English is alleged to have had consensual sex with a 15 year old Salina girl at his home between New Years Day and Monday.

The aggravated indecent liberties charge stems from the fact the girl is under the age of consent.
