It’ll be a wet start to the weekend for most areas from Friday Night through Saturday.

Numerous showers and embedded thunderstorms will redevelop over Central and Eastern Kansas as well as Northeast Oklahoma…all of Missouri and most of Nebraska.

The embedded thunderstorms will most likely occur over South-Central and Southeast Kansas…Northeast Oklahoma and Southern Missouri. The thunderstorms will be neither strong nor severe.

The rain may be mixed with light snow over Eastern Nebraska…Northeast Kansas and Northern Missouri.
