Happy Bear to visit kids at Library; talk about personal safety

Happy Bear will make a special visit to the Salina Public Library at 10:15 a.m. Thursday, April 7.

Happy Bear is the mascot for Child Advocacy & Parenting Services (CAPS) and will talk to children about the differences between good touch and bad touch.  This “good touch/bad touch” program empowers children to trust their feelings, to never keep secrets about their safety.

Children can visit with Happy Bear in the Prescott Room at the library, 301 W. Elm.
