A 23 year old Salina man charged with sexual battery and lewd and lascivious following an incident at a party in the 800 block of W. South early Sunday morning.

Thomas Fernandez of 251 S. College is alleged to have grabbed the buttocks of a 45 and 32 year old woman and urinated on a kitchen floor, before leaving the party. Police located Fernandez and took him into custody near the intersection of College and South streets.
