A 45 year old Salina man the victim of an aggravated battery and theft.

The man was beaten by two men and a woman who came into his apartment on Spruce early Saturday morning.

The victim was knocked out and when he came too, he went across the street to a neighbor who called police. The man was taken to Salina Regional Health Center and treated for injuries that included a fractured jaw.

The trio who entered his apartment and he does not know, took a red Fender electric guitar and amp, and a laptop computer. Damaged in his home was a 46 inch flat screen tv, and a computer printer. Loss and damage placed at $2,830.
