MCPHERSON, Kan. (AP) – McPherson police say a 30-year-old man whose body was found at a Marion County campsite is the victim of foul play.

Police say Justin Milne’s body was found Monday afternoon near Marion Reservoir in west-central Kansas after the department received a tip that Milne may have been killed.

The Salina Journal reports deputies from the Marion County Sheriff’s Office found Milne’s 1998 Chevrolet Tahoe engulfed in flames at 6:30 p.m. Sunday.

Family members identified his body, which was not found near the burning vehicle.

A 24-year-old McPherson man who had been a suspect in Milne’s disappearance has been arrested.
