A Salina man was arrested Wednesday after lab results show that he was in possession of 25 bags of JWH-250, better known as ‘potpourri’ or ‘incense’.
Lt. Jim Norton with the I-135/I-70 Drug Task Force says Jonas Cole, of 805 Highland, was arrested after results from a KBI lab test determined that the material seized during a search warrant of his home back on May 31st was 1-pentyl-3″2″-methoxyphenylacetyl”1″nold, better known as JWH-250 or ‘potpourri’.
The street value of the nearly ounce of potpourri when it was seized was between $4000-$5000.
Cole was booked into the Saline County Jail on charges including possession with intent to distribute the chemical.
